Due to a recent technical change of the AOL DMARC setting, sending email newsletters from an @aol.com address is no longer recommended (i.e. your emails will have a higher likelihood of ending up in a junk folder or bouncing). In order to guarantee best deliverability results, we recommend sending your email campaigns with a “From Address” that is not an @aol.com address.
To change your master account email, you can do so here from the Edit Account Info option: https://www.fanbridge.com/account
If you would like to keep your master login but add an extra sender email that is a non-AOL address, you can add it here: https://www.fanbridge.com/campaigns/verify.php
NOTE: Once the extra sender email is verified, please be sure it is chosen as the sender email for your auto emails (confirmation message, fan question answered alert, etc.), which you can do here: https://www.fanbridge.com/dashboard/my_account/email_settings/index.php
This recent change comes from AOL and is completely within their control. FanBridge, like every other professional email sending platform, delivers your emails from our own servers on your behalf, so while your email says it it “from” whatever address you choose as the From Address, technically the emails are still coming from our servers. We don’t want to get too much into the nitty gritty details here, but if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at contact@FanBridge.com.
